Program Description:

This video provides information on the appropriate enteral nutritional support regimen to help promote wound management and improve patient outcomes.  The presenter focuses on managing tube feeding intolerance, malabsorption, the phases of wound healing, and how targeted individualized nutrition interventions help achieve nutrient goals.

  • Describe two markers of tube feeding intolerance
  • Define the risks associated with malabsorption in patients with wounds
